The menu at El Coyote Mexican Cafe features fresh, colorful and filling dishes. The ostrich tacos are a local favorite and one of El Coyote’s most popular dishes. Named after El Coyote’s first regular customer over 80 years ago, the Enchilada Howard is topped with juicy chunks of pork. Highly praised are their scratch margaritas, which are served on the rocks and pair nicely with any of El Coyote’s entrees.
